Stakeholder Consultation on Appellate Proceedings and Implementation of Appellate Orders
The Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India is conducting an Audit/Study on “Enhancing Ease of Doing Business for Income Taxpayers in India", with a view to assessing the efficiency, transparency, predictability and quality of appellate proceedings and implementation of appellate orders and their contribution towards enhancing ease of doing business by improving taxpayer services and reducing avoidable tax litigation.
This stakeholder survey seeks to obtain feedback on your experience of appellate proceedings and implementation of appellate orders. Your responses will assist Audit in assessing the appellate process from a taxpayer's perspective and will be used only for audit purposes in an aggregated manner. Individual responses will remain confidential.
