Sections & Functions – GSTA wing has two sections in Ahmedabad, namely GSTA (HQ) (responsible for audit planning and auditing) and GSTA DP (responsible for processing of SOFs/DPs/ SSCAs/ PAs). Additionally, it also has a section at branch office Jaipur which audits the GST revenue/DGFT in the state of Rajasthan in addition to customs revenue.
Auditee units under in the State of Gujarat are-
• Director Generals of Foreign Trade located in the state of Gujarat
• Commissionerate, Division & Ranges falling under each Chief Commissioner office CGST Audit Commissionerate, Appeal Commissionerate, CESTAT Ahmedabad Other offices such as PAO, NACEN Vadodara, Director General of GST Intelligence falling under CBIC Board in Gujarat State.

• Chief Commissioner of CGST Jaipur
