Overview
This Report contains three chapters. The first chapter contains details about the Auditee profile, Authority for conducting Audit, Organisational structure of Office of Principal Accountant General (GSSA), Karnataka, planning and conducting of Audit besides significant audit observations. The second chapter contains one performance audit on ‘Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board’s role in augmentation of Water Supply and Sewerage systems in Urban Karnataka’. The third chapter contains two compliance audits on ‘Schemes for the Empowerment of Differently Abled Persons’ and ‘Social Security Pension for Differently Abled Persons and Senior Citizens’ besides nine paragraphs based on the audit of transactions of different departments
