Shri Jagbir Singh belongs to the 2021 Batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service. He holds degree of Master in Commerce from Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak, Haryana. He joined this office in May 2023 and is currently holding the charge of Deputy Accountant General (AMG-II). AMG-II is entrusted with the audit of departments of the UT Government of Jammu & Kashmir relating to Finance, IT & Communication, Agriculture, Food & Allied Industries, Energy and Power, Industry & Commerce, Transport, State Taxes, Goods & Service Tax and General Administration. All Public Sector Companies and Autonomous Bodies under above departments.
