Shri Lokesh Datal, a distinguished officer of the 2017 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS), holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Trichy. He is currently posted as Sr. Dy. Accountant General (Admin/GE), O/o the Pr. Accountant General (A&E), Bihar, Patna and he also holds the additional charge of the post of Director, O/o the Director General of Audit, Defence Services, New Delhi Branch at Patna. Earlier, he was posted as the Senior Deputy Accountant General (Administration) in the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), Uttarakhand, where he also holds additional charges of Funds, Pension,
and Works Accounts. Previously, he served with distinction as the Deputy Accountant General (Audit) in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Punjab, where he led several impactful audits across critical

Shri Omnkar is an IA&AS Officer of 2017 batch. He is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. He had been trained at Shimla and Dehradun. He was previously posted as Deputy A.G., looking after the audits of Public Sector Undertaking of Govt. of Rajasthan, specifically related to Energy, Mining and Industries Sector from 2019-2023. He was also posted in the O/o The Pr. A.G. (Audit), Bihar, Patna since 13 September 2023 and was looking after the audit of Local Bodies (PRIs) and major departments being mainly Water Resources Department (WRD), Minor Water Resources Department (MWRD), Cooperative, Agriculture Food & Consumer Affairs, etc In addition, Shri Omnkar contributed to the preparation of the State Finances Audit Report (SFAR) and the certification audits of World Bank assisted Projects. Currently, since 3 July 2025, he holds the position of Senior Deputy Accountant General in the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlements), Bihar, Patna.
